Couple things to consider. Have metrics that are activity driven that someone can own. And then have them own the output metric. The output metric being the one that moves the company
@helloitsolly Looks like you are running lean (in a good way). Your COGS is solid. Historically I've put customer support costs here as well. Trues up gross margin and if you plan to exit would likely be something they would want to reconcile
I used to do everything to make Mondays less stressful.
Move meetings.
Do prep on Sunday night.
Push stuff to Tuesday.
All because Mondays felt like a panic attack in calendar form.
