@handsoff_marsh @BBCRadioKent Nuclear isn’t renewable. Wind cannot do it alone. I agree that solar farms are not the answer in isolation. What if every house in the UK has solar panels, what if every commercial building had solar panels?! Game changer!

@PlanningMag Understatement of the year! Slow turnaround on decisions, even slower on conditions sign-off, long list of validation reports, section 106, CIL, length of appeal timescales…I could go on. Small Builders don’t have the resources to wait around 🙈
