@premierinn St Albans. if the window was not broken in our room, I am sure the noise would have been greatly reduced and I may have got some sleep. Poor level of room maintenance and dismissive staff. Will not be staying at a @premierinn again.

@premierinn St Albans. Can’t sleep. Room opposite entrance to loud nightclub. Partly due to broken window. Complained to reception and they were dismissive. Asked about Good Night Guarantee, was told it’s been withdrawn. Even though on website and on poster by entrance. @ASA_UK
