@web3lollipop Lolzzz you know nothing. Buses go empty for various REASONS. Sometimes to rescue another buses in DISTRESS Other times to a different terminal short of busses to load passengers for the next days trip.
Infact abt 90% of buses that travel to SE by Xmas return to lag EMPTY.

They have every right to say the bus was dispatched empty to Its Destiny. They are not liable for that and owe no explanation.
