@SouthwestAir I’m trying to cancel a 2 flights in my app and I’m getting an error message I’ve never seen before? According to the fare rules linked, ALL flights can be cancelled for flight credit. I’m so confused. I’ve flown southwest exclusively for years and never seen this.
