@FitzoCrypto It's been pretty hard but luckily I have a cunty switch in my brain when someone tells me I can't do something i can't help myself but prove them wrong 😂. Healing yourself is 100% possible just need the right tools and mindset. Dr's want you to believe otherwise.

@FitzoCrypto About a year ago.Dr's told me I would never get better.I could barely walk 500 steps a day.. Changed my life. Only eat organic. Try to avoid all negative MSM, TV, only listen to postive or healing music.Meditation/ breathe work, grounding, now can walk 6 miles, gym 99% better 🙏🏻
