This evening, King's Company underwent a Fit-For-Role Inspection, showing off our turnout, drill, and knowledge. If we pass, we will officially be fit to perform our winter ceremonial duties.

The 1st Battalion, Coldstream Guards, arrived in Kunar Province, Afghanistan earlier today. The Battalion is assigned to the 4th Infantry Brigade that makes up the backbone of the British contribution to the NATO intervention in the country under Operation SWIFT GUARDIAN.
