Mold growing in our homes is a crisis. Mold issues worsened (30% to 47% of homes), driving a 3x rise in adult asthma (4% to 13%) & 2x in kids (5% to 9%) over the last 50 years, which coincides with central air-conditioning getting deployed into over 80% of our homes. Mold fuels 7M of 38M asthma cases, costing $56B/yr. WATER DAMAGE AND POOR VENTILATION amplify the crisis.

Yes and in practice what I run into is that all the reasoning power in the world isn’t so useful without sufficient recall. “Tell me what I need to know about this” seems like it should work if you throw all the context at it but the result today is endless efforts to harness that into something useful.
Apple turned commodity hardware into a differentiated experience. Giving them unprecedented pricing power and customer loyalty. Home service pros can do the same thing, and the good ones will.
The repeat customer isn’t luck. It comes down to two things most companies do poorly.
One, deliver an experience better than any they’ve had, not just better than the last contractor. Two, communicate with the customers you already have instead of only chasing new ones. That database of people who trust you is the most underused asset in your business.
@elonmusk Mapped my harness from Claude to Grok, works well so far. The ux of Grok cli is cool, I prefer it if no need for Claude model. Cross provider model routing within the cli would be nice. Still merging prs with Claude for adversarial review.
