Все. Європа більше не чекає поки Зеленський сам зремонтує нашу корумповану Генпрокуратуру.

ЄС офіційно поставив вимогу для Києва на 2026 по 10 пунктах до виконання. Серед них - конкурси на Генпрокурора і голів місцевих прокуратур.

💪🏻 Це 1 в 1 те, про що ми в наших поїздках просили в Брюсселі останній рік. Нас почули.

А помилка за помилкою від Кравченка Зеленського лише пришвидшили рішення ЄС.

☝🏻Але маємо бути уважні, бо корумпована прокурорська система Кравченка буде пручатись і захищати себе.

Тому:

📍1. Конкурс на посаду Генпрокурора повинен обовʼязково бути із залученням міжнародних експертів в конкурсній комісії.

📍2. Ці міжнародні експерти мають обов’язково мати переважне фінальне право голосу. Бо як показує практика - саме вони боряться за чесного кандидата, коли українські члени протягують різних чортів.

Процедура звільнення теж має мати запобіжники захисту від політичного звільнення неугодного Президенту Генпрокурора.

📍3. Для такого закону потрібне рішення Венеціанської комісії про те, що така процедура відповідає нашій Конституції.

Це не суперечитиме Конституції, якщо конкурс буде проходити саме до етапу призначення Генпрокурора, як визначено Конституцією. Тут усе без змін.

📍4. Аби це стало можливим потрібен новий закон, проголосований в Верховній Раді.

Нардепи всіляко блокуватимуть це шкідливими правками аби зірвати реформу. Бо мають угоду із цим Генпрокурором, що той не підписуватиме їм підозр. Тому слідкувати за їх правками буде критично важливо.

Але новий незалежний від Президента Генпрокурор - це вже пряме очікування з боку ЄС. Тому геть уже нецікаво і неважливо, що там бояться якісь нардепи.

As a spiritual diplomat, advisor and servant of truth, I’m grateful to hear that President Trump has said this plan is not his final offer, and that it remains flexible. That is the mark of wise leadership.

Having said that, this 28-point Ukrainian-Russian “peace plan” sends a dangerous signal to the world. It tells every wicked dictator watching, from Moscow to Tehran to Pyongyang, that the global defenders of justice and peace will tolerate evil if it comes packaged in diplomacy.

Let me be clear: when the world allowed Hitler to invade Poland in 1939 without consequence, we opened the floodgates to one of the darkest chapters in human history. And now, we’re watching it happen again.

Give an evil man an inch, and he’ll take a mile. Not just for territory, but to spread fear, suffering, and destruction. Russia has already invaded, already bombed, already executed civilians and children.

This isn’t just a war, it’s moral collapse if we let it slide.

Appeasement is not peace. Compromise without justice is not peace. And silence in the face of evil is complicity. We must stand on the side of truth, no matter how uncomfortable it may be.

Because real peace only comes when righteousness is not sacrificed to convenience.

The path to peace must always allow room for course correction when moral clarity is at stake.

We must never forget that true peace does not bow to evil. It confronts it. And in this critical hour, the world is watching to see if we will stand for righteousness, or retreat into the shadows of comfort and compromise.
