Disappointed that neither the @RSPCA_official or @DyfedPowys would take any action when I’ve reported that a litter of kittens have been dumped in a lay by of the A477 and one dead already! The RSPCA say it’s a police matter and the police told me it’s an RSPCA matter! #disgrace

@hotelsdotcom I called 72hrs before my stay and was on the phone to a very unhelpful person for 2hours! it’s now 10 days after my check in date and still nothing! No refund, no email!
