@MK_IDpharm@krutu8@Geena_K_Rx We get a theradoc alert for positive blood cultures and then will review the patient, make any recommendations. The comment seems to do the trick very rarely do we have to recommend an ID consult anymore.
Is anyone experiencing more #bebtelovimab reactions, particularly amongst pregnant patients? Briefly looked thru our data and we are seeing 3x reaction rate in general pop compared to all other mAbs. In pregnant patients, about half are experiencing injection-related reaction.
