I organized 3 military medical trains & a # of infirmaries in Tsarskoe Selo for treatment of those injured at the front. Me and my oldest, Olga are also trained as nurses and even assist with surgical operations, how fun! Stop by for help if you need it!@AlisonDawe1 #KOWWI20
