Diciembre es una época muy triste para muchos. Siempre que llega Diciembre aumenta las consultas de psicólogos y psiquiatras. Lo que es alegría (no felicidad) para muchos, son recuerdos tristes del pasado, esa silla en esa mesa ya no va a estar ocupada, ese abrazo no se dará, esa ausencia duele más, y esa presión por estar alegre del colectivo porque "es navidad" hace que la gente se sienta peor. Este Diciembre respetemos los duelos y las tristezas de nuestros seres queridos, apoyémos como se apoya a un paciente con Depresión, con distancia, en silencio pero que sienta nuestra presencia, que sepan que estamos ahí, a su lado, por si nos necesitan, incondicionalmente.
