Here were Iowa’s numbers:

18-19 season: 33 points in the first half, 35 points in the second half.

19-20 season: 33 points in first half, 37 points in the second half.

20-21 season: 46 points in the first half, 42 points in the second half.

So out of three games, they scored more points in the 2nd half twice and the one time they didn’t, they scored four less points.

Sure though, man. Definitely seems like a good strategy to dig yourself a hole and go into halftime losing.
