For a #McMCelebrations, with the support of 4th grade leaders, K students in Mrs. Elwell's had the chance to learn about pollution & its impact on the ocean. They learned about oil pollution & how it affects the ocean water as well as the plants & animals who call the ocean home.

For our #McMCelebrations Field Day wouldn't have been as fantastic without our family volunteers & the support of our PTA! Family volunteers supported our many stations at Field Day, & the PTA provided popsicles to celebrate everyone's hard work and good sportsmanship💙

Ms. Smith's third grade class celebrated the end of their marine life unit with other classes, parents, and teachers! Students created their own pictorial, with color-coded details, diagrams, and labels, and taught others about their topic.

“What’s the best part of you?”, these first graders were asked. Based off the book “The Best Part of Me: Children Talk About Their Bodies in Pictures and Words” by Wendy Ewald, first graders identified what they saw as their best part and explained the reason why.
