It really feels pain to be scooped on a method we've been advertising for a while, but this paper is really great. A TON of data, brilliant comparison with human annotations and more... I can tell that's a LOT of work.

I thought it would be the most efficient and simplest solution, Napari is already great, and it evolves fast. I particularly appreciate the possibility to handle huge and multichannel images.

@haesleinhuepf Yes it does! Well... as we are getting more and more 3D images, I originally wrote the code so that it *should*, but I haven't tested the 3D network reconstruction yet.
