@Coffeekiller100 5 am workouts are where it’s at. Gets it out of the way and doesn’t hang over your head as another to do list after work. Love having my evenings to do whatever I want.
@Devsthetix Get a tracking app like strong. Track all your workouts and progressively overload. Once you start chaining a bunch of workouts together, you won’t want to break the streak. Your mind will do everything in its power to convince you not to do it. Tell it to stfu and do it anyway
@MichelleLA1981 I think the ones with no valuable skills shouldn’t be let in. But my project manager is highly educated and a massive benefit to our company and country. He also thinks they should deport the ones giving his people a bad name.
@davehall1289 Think of other comparables. You’re at work. Does everyone there think the same and agree with what the boss does? No. You can be a part of an organization and see what needs to be fixed. I’d argue RJ has an advantage. He sees what needs to be fixed.
