Today I arrived at @Schiphol 2.5 hours before my flight and it took
3.5 hours to get through security… I missed my flight! @easyJet didn’t allow anyone to get on later flights despite availability on all their later flights. Looking for compensation @easyJet?

@Hermesparcels this false notification is outrageous. I have been waiting in my flat for 2 days for this parcel and and can confirm no one tried to deliver at 7.15pm today and will most likely be at work tomorrow when you try to deliver again. Awful service!
