When we opened the very first Amala Sky branch on June 25th, 2021, my wife @stephaniecole_a and I embarked on a journey into the unknown. With no prior experience in running a restaurant or anything quite like it, we faced a world of uncertainties.

But we were fueled by passion and an unshakable belief in our vision. We dreamt of creating a dining experience that would not just tantalize taste buds but also warm hearts. And so, we took that leap of faith, brimming with determination.

Fast forward three years, and the Amala Sky family has grown, with two more branches now serving our amazing patrons. What's even more incredible is that our business has been self-sustaining from day one.
