@Ryanair Thank you, but really not good enough @Ryanair ground staff clueless as is your link I’m afraid. Why can’t you employ competent and sufficient ground staff..delayed 2.5 hours and now waiting 30 minutes for engines to be started..how long can you get away with this! #everytime

@STN_Airport Thank you for your reply unfortunately, London Stansted is losing the positive reputation it once had and slowly, airlines like @Ryanair will begin driving people away..it’s an extremely budget experience with high pricing.
