The proposed law preempts state law, but is less protective of @NCAA interests. No explicit limit on NIL deals "conflicting" with University interest and extends freedom to *prospective* college athletes. #NCAA

@GlobeChadFinn and @SouhanStrib have called for their NFL teams to hire @Kaepernick7. Goodell has said that the @NFL "wrong for not listening to NFL players earlier and encourage all players to speak out and peacefully protest."
