CGMs proved you don’t need blood for real insight. We’re doing the same with the face — vision only. No needles. No patches. Just the camera you carry.
Every person on Earth is walking around with a medical-grade health scanner in their pocket. Our smartphone app turns that camera into a powerful vital signs monitor, delivering nine biomarkers today and expanding rapidly. We already have labeled data, a working model, and the ability to scale data collection. We're now looking to grow our engineering team and infrastructure so we can bring this to a billion phones.
@PeterDiamandis Could it be that they are behind, current drop kinda sucks, and they want a pause to catch up? Doubt it’s due to some altruistic motivation.

@unkonfined Dude, that’s serious. Crazy work. By my calculations as roughly 177 posts per day every day for like the last 17 1/2 years or something. Wow that’s commitment. 🤯
@unkonfined I always follow back unless a person starts following me and they have been around for a while with zero posts. Then I take it as they’re not serious and I don’t bother. 🤗
Hi 👋
You know what’s weird? People still think you need a needle under the skin to know what’s actually happening inside a body. The Terminator called — it wants its HUD back. What used to be sci-fi is now just an engineering and data problem with a patent attached.
We’ve already got the strong correlations, the neurosymbolic architecture that doesn’t hallucinate, and a working data flywheel where real users and clinicians trade verified signals for better scores. What we don’t have is the capital and the people who can actually scale it.
Hire the vision and edge AI talent who won’t confuse “multimodal” with “throw more GPUs at it.” Iterate the proxies into the full vision-only oracle. Skin and eyes become the new CGM layer — except there’s no device, no compliance theater, and no patient who has to remember to charge anything. Just the cameras that are already everywhere.
Everybody lies. Pixels don’t.
Most diagnostics are episodic and invasive. CGMs proved you don’t need to measure blood directly, reading the interstitial fluid the body already uses as its communication medium delivers transformative, real-time insight.
Algomash applies the same principle at scale to the face and eyes. Basically every photon that hits and reflects carries data about perfusion, oxygenation, glycation, inflammation, neural tone, and aging hallmarks.
Our neurosymbolic AI decodes it into the Algomash Sustainable Vitality Score (ASVS), a living, explainable index of metabolic health, neural integrity, and biological aging pace.
No needle. No patch. Just the camera you already carry. The facial equivalent of a continuous physiological oracle.
This is the terminator HUD moment becoming engineering reality.
What used to be science fiction (a camera looking at a human and instantly reading deep physiological state) is now a data + algorithms problem.
