@Tesco why is your store product check never right.been to 2 stores today which show the product I want in stock but didn’t have any. 1 store when they checked it showed 3 cases available but guy on wine aisle said had none in since weekend so surely should have updated by now 😡

@marksandspencer extremely annoyed with your new sparks rewards. Hubby spent over £100 on menswear as had £9 reward if spent over £45. No reward in account & 2 phone calls to customer service getting absolutely no where! Told he’s not made qualifying purchase. Will just return it

Don’t bother complaining to @TheCoopLive about anything they are not interested. Refused access to an accessible lift ( told it was for staff use only !) & told to use the stairs to get back to my seat when I have mobility problems. Very poor customer service from access team 🤬
