@adrianflux unbelievable that my mum had to pay to cancel a policy for my deceased father today as it had auto renewed! The advisor then had the cheek to ask if we wanted a quote for anything else! Customer service really needs looking at!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks have already done that and there is a known issue. I am sure you are working on it, but it is so frustrating as this is the second time in two weeks. We bought an ee mobile wifi after the last time to be able to work from home!

@SkyHelpTeam understand that you have engineers on the issue but that doesn’t help those trying to work home. Had internet this morning after 14 hours with none and now gone again. You have given me 2gb of data how about unlimited today so I can use my phone hotspot to work from
