In many ways, Finance Bill 2024 is for the history books.

It has emerged that we have two reports on the bill from the National Assembly Finance & Planning Committee.

The 390 pages report which most of us have seen (see quoted 🧵 for the break down).

Then there's a 434 pages report on the same bill.

To be clear, it's the 390 pages report that bears a stamp indicating tabling in the National Assembly.

That said, from my reading one material difference is worth highlighting.
