If the Federal Govt makes any declaration under Elections Act 217 wanting to ban PTI the same will not have any affect on the standing of the existing 39 members of PTI nor will it hinder the 41 independents from joining PTI. Till the Supreme Court does not uphold the declaration by Federal Govt the PTI cannot be dissolved and will continue to function as a political party. Even banning PTI under Anti Terrorism Act 1997 will not be useful for PDM 2.0 as there is plenty of case law allowing members of banned organizations to contest elections and become MNA/MPA. This is only a knee jerk reaction from the Establishment and PDM 2.0 to create frenzy and a sense of harassment and pressure. They will lose again.

@Refutationist @mugheesali81 Not only that, just have a look at the upcoming budget. He has increased perks & privileges of themselves and all those who used brute force against PTI workers manifold but the poor general govt servants got only 10% increase. This is against IK and PTI manifesto.
