Today I am the opposite of satisfied with @oyorooms and @bookingcom
First i booked a room on @bookingcom on the 25 of June for Oyo 73009 (https://t.co/5i4Oe564bE confirmation no 2187429898) (Oyo booking I'd: G46W3061) which @oyorooms customer care said that they don't have.....

@riteshagar @OYO4U i just spoke the OYO customer experience and they are saying I will not get a refund because the booking was cancelled by IVR where as i never received any call from Oyo for confirmation.
This is the ultimate version of unprofessional and unethical practices.

Great service provided by delhivery, my shipment was pickup on 8April 2022 and yet it has not been delivered and no one is taking responsibility, even after emailing to the senior @MD__Spoton & Uday Sharma no reply..
