@viking_boer@MCMayo2469@innoutburger The bacon and cheese burger with sweet potato fries is my favourite ๐ so glad you guys are settling in and have found a home in Texas ๐ค
@TXdoxiemomma We are looking into this too, any and all assistance would be helpful. May I DM you regarding this? So your state rep has facts on cases?
You can't make this up:
5 black Americans are suing American farmers for bringing in White South Africans, hiring them over local Black Americans, and paying them more than Black Americans.
Farmers say SAns learn quicker and work harder.
Black workers make it about race.
๐ฟ๐ฆ๐๐บ๐ธ What do South African Afrikaners have in common with American Conservatives? ๐ฟ๐ฆ๐๐บ๐ธ
1๏ธโฃ Strong faith - Just like in many conservative American homes, aspiring SA refugees believe in biblical values, traditional marriage, and the sanctity of life.
2๏ธโฃ Hard work & self-reliance - Afrikaners built farms, businesses, and communities through determination and work ethic. We value personal responsibility over government dependence.
3๏ธโฃ Family-first mentality - Multi-generational families, respect for parents, and raising children with strong morals. Sound familiar?
4๏ธโฃ Love of the land & independence - Farmers and pioneers at heart who cherish freedom, private property, and the right to defend ourselves and our families.
5๏ธโฃ Anti-socialist stance - We've seen the destructive results of policies that divide people by race, seize land, and undermine merit. Like Conservatives, we stand for equal opportunity, rule of law, and economic freedom.
We may come from different continents, but our values align deeply. Hard-working, faith-driven, loyal, and committed to building a better future for our children.
That's why so many of us look to America under President @realDonaldTrump with hope.
We're ready to contribute and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our American Republican family!!
God Bless America! ๐บ๐ธโค๏ธ๐

@viking_boer 4th of July (Independence Day) is epic. Cannot wait to experience it again. Are we gonna do rock, paper, scissors to see who leaves first? ๐
@Jason2bartlett Dankie Jason vir wat jy doen. Yes, die Here maak deure oop en kyk nou, hou aan praat! Toe Afriforum en die ander sรช ons wil bly: I said you dont speak on my behalf. Many of us want to get out of this place and we're very grateful for you helping to be a voice in the USA for us.
@vigilantersa I was raised to be not discriminatory of race, the hate and vile things said about us have changed when I became an adult. My parents are elderly now and I dont blame them for thinking things would get better, but now it has just gotten worse sadly.
@vigilantersa Born in 1989 for me things were different, we never saw "race", grandma would invite the postman in for cookies and coffee in winter so he can rest or cooldrink in summer when it was hot. My best friend was a girl of color too who lived next door, she taught me English at age 3.
@badger397778@mrddmia Thank you, yes indeed ma'am. Grateful for the oppertunity and for the warm welcome many of our fellow Afrikaners have received in the U.S.
@RedWaveSurfer99@mrddmia So grateful, to be given the oppertunity to be part of a country that wants us to be able to work, not just take taxes while we fund poor peoples babies and welfare grants.
@wearedoomed4@mrddmia Actually they don't, their benefits are a lot less than those during the Biden era, and some get stuck in ghettos and live there with kids, and they also have to pay it back once they are employed. So they contribute positively, sorry you don't see it that way. Respect though
@Causey_Herrin@mrddmia Thank you, we truly appreciate the kindness and generosity from the American people who help us find our feet in our areas and President Trump for starting this program. God is good.
