Today, the Ministry of Health launched the SelfCare App which will be offering personalized daily plans, habit-building tools, and in-the-moment support for stress and anxiety.
This app will provide a discreet and accessible way to monitor health, learn coping strategies, and foster a daily self-care routine, though professional help should be sought for severe conditions.
