HIV may not be detected immediately after exposure. This is known as the *window period* and can last between 2–12 weeks depending on the test.
If you've recently been exposed, seek guidance from a healthcare provider and test at the recommended time.

Without the multiplier of Faith, the equation often collapses under the weight of the first major setback. Faith acts as the variable that allows you to sustain effort when the immediate "output" isn't visible.
The journey to Miss Tourism Uganda 2026 begins today.
Under the theme AI, Culture and Tourism, we celebrate the power of innovation in preserving and promoting our heritage.
Teso is ready for the journey.
Eid Mubarak!
Hopestone Insight Uganda wishes all our Muslim brothers and sisters a joyful Eid filled with peace, blessings, and happiness.

I Collette Tell you;
Empty hands are the easiest for God to fill. When you let go of the 'why' and the 'how,' and simply hold onto your faith, you make room for a grace that can rebuild your life better than it was before.
