This is underrated advice. Aim to have an oversubscribed round. If you want to raise 4m set a target of 2m.

Revising down your round target is for chuds.

Oversubscribed rounds are for chads.

instead ask for $1-2M to hook early bidders and let the auction drive

u can always increase the the ask but lowering
