@BeirutUrbanLab Why is my name excluded from the research team? I worked on the vacancy rate survey and electricity provision, including building morphology of the surveyed lots. The fieldwork I conducted spanned from August 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023. Is this the same work! I guess yes.

🧵The White Helmets have unfortunately told me there are no more people in Saydnaya prisons. Families understandably want to continue the search. But now there is a race against time…
If the international community wants to rescue some credibility with #Syria’s people, it should send specialists to #Sednaya Prison in #Damascus immediately — there are 100s, possibly 1000s of prisoners stuck 2-3 layers underground, behind electronic locks & concealed doors.
In the city of Sahnaya, located in the countryside of Damascus, Syrian #Christians are celebrating the fall of Bashar al-Assad. They are chanting, {One, one, one — the Syrian people are one.}

1/6 The ceasefire appears to have 2 primary implications: (1)Intervention deterrence, where the agrmt. aims to provide Israel with flexibility, potentially allowing it to maneuver against other areas/ Iran proxy groups or Iran itself without triggering a broader regional conflict
5/6 In other words, does the deal forbid Iranian funding, arming, and decision-making on Hezbollah? Would the Lebanese authorities support and enforce the deal's conditions in any of the aforementioned conditions?
