🎯Entero-pericardial fistula can occur as a delayed complication of Roux-en-Y gastric bypass.
🎯Although uncommon, fistulous or nontraumatic tension pneumopericardium should be considered in cases of cardiac tamponade.
🎯CT-guided pericardiocentesis can be used in cases where echocardiography is limited by air artifact.
