/Alibi Protocol is a navigation app. That's the part you can see.
Underneath is a three-phase protection system for drivers β BEFORE something happens, DURING the incident, and AFTER, when most platforms abandon you.
Here's the whole picture.
2/ BEFORE β Awareness
Drivers maintain the map. Drivers earn the rewards.
Police, speed traps, ALPR cameras, Flock surveillance, accidents, construction, debris β all flagged in real time by other drivers on the road. You see what's ahead before it sees you.
It's Waze with a memory and a cause.
3/ DURING β Capture
The dashcam doesn't sleep. Always-on front camera, 5-7 minute rolling buffer.
When something happens β a stop, an accident, a confrontation β you tap once and the last 5-7 minutes lock in permanently. Second-by-second GPS and speed logs ride alongside the video.
If anyone tries to rewrite what happened, you don't argue. You play the tape.
4/For Uber, Lyft, and taxi drivers there's a mode no other dashcam offers.
Interior recording, plus a 3-word secret panic phrase you set yourself. Say it casually mid-conversation and the app silently dials 911, shares your live location, and captures the inside of the car.
Built for drivers who can't afford one bad ride to end a career.
5/ AFTER β Cryptographic Defense
This is where Solana actually matters.
Every recording is SHA-256 hashed and anchored to Solana through the Memo Program. Timestamped. Immutable. Publicly verifiable.
The video lives in encrypted cloud storage. The receipt lives on-chain forever.
Chain of custody isn't a chain anymore. It's math. And per-incident on-chain anchoring is only economically viable on a chain with sub-cent transaction fees. There is exactly one of those.
6/ AFTER β Reputation Recovery
The part most apps don't talk about, because they don't fix it.
Even after a dismissed charge, your mugshot lives forever on predatory sites that hold it hostage for hundreds of dollars per takedown. Insurance, jobs, housing, dating β all of it crushed by an arrest that never resulted in a conviction.
Alibi is building mugshot removal across 30+ predatory networks, search engine cleanup tooling, and automated takedown infrastructure.

7/ COMING β The Lawyer Network
Future build, but the design is real.
A vetted civil rights attorney network plugged directly into the app. State-by-state coverage. Vault entries exportable as court-ready evidence packets in one tap. Retainers payable in $ALIBI.
A justice layer the legal industry has refused to build for fifty years.
8/ The Token β $ALIBI
Not ornamental. Not a meme. Real DePIN.
1B supply on Solana. Earned by reporting hazards, flagging cameras, and contributing data to the network. Spent on evidence vaulting, premium storage, and eventually attorney retainers. Burn rate scales from 10% to 18% as the network grows past 100K users. DAO-governed.
Solana wasn't a deployment choice. It was the only one that made the math work.
9/ What's Next
The roadmap is deep, and most of it nobody's seen yet.
Smartwatch panic activation. Convoy mode for drivers traveling together. One-tap court-ready evidence export with chain-of-custody proof baked in. Geofence alerts for high-enforcement zones and school zones. OBD-II integration for vehicle health and crash detection. An opt-in anonymous layer that surfaces patterns of misconduct in aggregate without exposing individual drivers.
The point was never to ship features. It's to make sure no driver, anywhere, ever gets pulled over without backup again.
