@LNER @BoomerHalliday It’s 9:33 19/04 - 14.15 22/04. They’re advertised as available on yours and @thetrainline websites. But when you try reserve seats it says no longer available. I’m not paying more money for the same service and no seat!

@LNER @BoomerHalliday This still hasn’t been resolved. Conveniently if you select the higher cost tickets (and I don’t mean first class) for the same train, there is magically availability. It’s a scam!

@LNER But how can a service be a available eg. 9:33 when selected with a more expensive return (15:15) but not with the cheaper 14:15 return. Equally you can select the 14:15 return if you go out on the more expensive 8:33 out option. They work for the separate so why not together?

@LNER If I select the trains I want it won’t let me proceed. If I select the out train and a different (more expensive) return I can. And vice versa. Which suggests there is space on these trains. Is this a scam to get people to pay more?

@LNER That’s correct. It says there’s X number remaining and then when I click proceed it comes up with an error message.

@Virgin_TrainsEC Hi team. I want to claim for my delayed journey (24.02 - 8:16am Kings X - Leeds) but the ticket barrier swallowed my ticket at Leeds. I have my receipt from collection of the ticket at Kings Cross but nothing else. Help! Thanks
