Not correct selecting railcards AND not allowing you to use cash??

The staff have no idea how to help.

.@c2c_Rail all staff have said they can't help us, they think the new machines are a joke . We apparently have to go directly To you to say the machines are causing long delays despite leaving PLENTY of time to get to the machines and get to work. Unnecessarily complicated
