@SW_Help poor service today. Delays and inconsiderate non door opening to accommodate delay meant our journey is totally disrupted. No wonder people donβt want to use the trains

@trerorn I bought these boots last November as a replacement for the first pair that had split. Worn last winter and this autumn. An expensive boot but poor quality and poor customer service #annoying#poorproduct#wetfeet
