@virginmedia Is there an estimate to how long it will take as I had this issue for 3 full days last week and then it sorted itself out this weekend and is now back to doing it which is already 4 days of service I’m not fully receiving which I pay for

@virginmedia There is an issue between the internet broadband and play station network. It happened last week and then sorted itself out and is now doing it again. I thought it was my console but I’ve been doing research and multiple people are having the same thing

@virginmedia It is happening only on internet, it’s not an issue on my end as as seen on your community page online and on twitter multiple other people are having the same issues therefore it can’t be anything on my end. I’ve tried everything I can to resolve it so your team needs to sort it

@virginmedia @MrRichPowell Having the same issue as well, happened last week for two days then sorted itself out and is now happening again. Needs sorting I pay £37 a month for broadband and now I can’t even use it to game which is the one thing I do most

@StagecoachSW Appalling service from you this evening. Looked on the app and it said that the 19:00 bus from Tiverton to Exeter was cancelled which was fine but since then both the 19:20 and 19:40 bus have not turned up. Nothing on the website saying about cancellations.

@StagecoachSW 9:00 55 to Tiverton hasn’t bothered turning up at all. Unacceptable. You want our money then you should be telling us what services are and are not running and be keeping people updated.

@StagecoachSW Yet again 9:00 55 bus to Tiverton hasn’t turned up. Nothing on that website about it being cancelled and no live updates either. People deserve to know if your services are not going to run instead of being left waiting at bus stops for x amount of time.

@StagecoachSW can you please update the online timetables so it’s clear what buses are running this Friday, I’ve just checked and it’s saying they are running every half an hour which is in accurate because of the bank holiday

@virginmedia if the whole of Devon is out then this should be a priority and ideally sorted before 4pm tomorrow, a little bit of insight as to what is going on would be great as I’m getting told there’s no issues in my area when there clearly is

@virginmedia internet in Exeter has just gone completely and won’t connect, router is fine so think there is an issue on your end, please get it sorted!
