I've win my first cup taster championship hosted by Pick Coffee and Brewista in Taipei.

I was in the cupping session of @DaterraCoffee #auction coffee. There were no one I could tell from #Brazil. Also cupped the one Emi used for WBrC. No surprised since the innovation has been their target all along. I had been impressed 3 years ago as begining to roast.

It was my first time to be a sensory judge for the Taoyuan Brewer Competition.
Being a judge is different from simply having a coffee or cupping. Within a short time, I had to translate every coffee into detailed texts and analyze it.
