Меня давно интересует простой вопрос: откуда на самом деле появляется знание?

Не информация.
Не мнение.
Не пересказ чужой книги.

А знание, которое человек получил сам — через наблюдение, материал, проверку, реконструкцию и собственное исследование.

Именно этому посвящена новая книга.

Она о том, как пройти путь от первого обнаруженного факта до момента, когда можно сказать:

«Теперь я знаю, почему это так».

A German Shorthaired Pointer, raised with all the dignity of a true Bavarian baron. And like any baron, he understands the importance of a fine wardrobe.

He especially loves posing for photos in his cloaks.

Today, I think, he’s already a cardinal. 😄

The expedition ends when you leave the building. The research begins when you understand what the building was doing to people.
