- And again it had been confirmed onboard that the delay was due to an aircraft issue - but we also weren’t given our luggage because it had been re tagged for the next day to MIA. So we were basically abandoned by @AirCanada with no hotel no clothes nor first necessities…..

On 02/26 @AirCanada flight AC 1955 Quebec-Toronto was delayed several times for a total of 2hrs and 14 mins. It was made clear to us by the pilot that it was due to an issue with the aircraft. Because of this delay, we missed our connection to MIA. We had to stay overnight in YYZ

We are traveling with 2 children, Not only were we denied a hotel voucher because @AirCanada staff on the ground decided that we were late due to the weather (not true: the origin of the delay is flight AC1512 from Thunder Bay where the weather was amazing).

@meweisman67 @GovRonDeSantis @Publix @DavidMKerner Only if you are à Jackson patient..... my mom is 64 (65 in May) and has lung cancer she managed to book an appointment there but got rejected because she isn’t à Jackson cancer patient (her drs are in NYC)

@JannTosh1 @DanielSchoel @GovRonDeSantis They have prioritized health care workers but not the high risk population!!!!!! There is no way in Dade to get a vaccine if you are under 65 and high risk. My mom got rejected from Jackson (while on site with and actual appointment) even though she has lung cancer!!!

@Dariana_Cohen @GovRonDeSantis Right there with you: my mom is 64 (she will be 65 in May) with lung cancer, she managed to secure an appointment at Jackson health but once there got denied because 1) she under 65 and 2) she isn’t a Jackson cancer patient....unbelievable!

@GovRonDeSantis @GovRonDeSantis she can’t access vaccination through the Miami dade website because of her age.
She is registered on the myvaccine website but they don’t take comorbidities into account. It says everywhere that high risk people under 65 can get vaccinated when they clearly can’t!

@kourtneykardash It’s not a matter of being sensitive,it’s about being a parent. No matter how a parent decides to discipline their kid,it is NOT ok for those who are not the parents to hit the kid.When you are a parent and someone says they are going to beat your kid, you can definitely explode
