My ex-partner and I were allowed to make 6 allegations each in our scott schedules, but this was reduced to 3 each for the actual fact finding.

Is that a surprise to you? How about the decades of racism that's led minorities to be more likely to be poorer & hence having to resort to crime?

@DeboraMontesoro Any journalist who wants to report on my case and the domestic abuse I suffered is free to do so but they won't because the media is intent on pretending only women can be victims.

Following on from my last thread about the Domestic abuse I suffered at the hands of my ex partner I want to share what I believe to be clear evidence of Parental alienation.

Unfortunately this level of incompetence can not be chalked off to a lack of funding or resources as some suggest. UK family courts are filled with staff who are corrupt, who are maliciously sabotaging any attempt by Fathers to see their children.

Important to note: @MyCafcass saw all of this evidence and showed no concern as to how this abuse affected the children. They care more about protecting women than they do protecting children. They then sought to punish me and sabotage all my future efforts to see my children.

Anti discriminatory and ethical approach to working with all clients

Desirable:

Relevant therapeutic training / qualifications ( analytical psychotherapy, systems theory, DBT, @theraplay, play therapy, lifestory work etc)

Experience of representing children in private family proceedings ( 16.4 Guardian role, CAFCASS, NYAS etc )

Experience of direct work with children who may present challenging behaviour

Knowledge and experience of working with clients with personality disorders and knowledge of how they present

Mediation experience, formal or informal

Knowledge of other cultures and professional expertise in working with diversity,.
