A very interesting question indeed…
As an S&C coach (and soon to be physio - graduate tomorrow) I might have differing views compared to most physios.

@askryanair@Ryanair
Just a quick query to ask why Ryanair felt it was acceptable to not let us board a flight when we had passenger locator forms, covid passports, full security and passport checks? £500 down due to paying for a second flight with Ryanair. Absolute shambles.
#Hip labral tears can masquerade as hip flexor (iliopsoas) problems - on the MRI, look how close the iliopsoas tendon (white arrow) is to the labrum (white asterisk).
Follow the Warwick Agreement to ensure you treat the patient and not the MRI.
another adolescent case! 16yo high level MMA & jiu jitsu. Extension related LBP & esp pivoting /kicking. MRI great for picking up bone oedema across pars - the MRI VIBE sequences are CT like - 👍for further bony detail. This boy has bilateral pars defects / stress response 😞
What happened to #Eriksen is EXACTLY what CPR was invented for… a heart stopping suddenly in an otherwise healthy body. Whereas if someone’s heart stops because other parts of the body are malfunctioning , that’s ordinary dying. And CPR is not a treatment for ordinary dying.
SCIENCE:
If you don't make mistakes, you're doing it wrong.
If you don't correct those mistakes, you're doing it really wrong.
If you can't accept that you're mistaken, you're not doing it at all.
I cited this paper in my @britspauk presentation yesterday; certainly worth a read.

Yet again another recent study highlights how things often seen on scans in those with pain are seen in those without pain!
This time its knee joints and grade 4 arthritis, tendinopathy, bursitis, even bucket handle meniscal tears 🤯 https://t.co/hL6Jy56ygM
Another research Wednesday 😀😀
How does Extracorporeal shockwave (ESWT) stack up for treating lateral elbow tendinopathy compared to placebo?
Not so great according to this RCT 😬

Physios need to stop only focusing on pain and pathology treatment, and start to also address health and wellness more! #CantGoWrongGettingStrong#MakeEveryContactCount https://t.co/gXb7PMYPnK
