@KUTfromtheKloth won’t replace/exchange their product, which has pilling and tears in the inner thigh, because it wasn’t purchased through their website. at the end of the day, it’s your product … #dobetter

Such an engaging podcast conversation in which
@AlinaBills tells @PJSkerrett how through social media she found an ‘underground market’ to get affordable insulin https://t.co/GzvDZ2rLr8 via @statnews
Many individuals are using social media to find affordable insulin to treat their diabetes, writes @AlinaBills in @statnews.
Nobody with #diabetes should have to suffer or die because they can't afford insulin. https://t.co/9Jko0Dphe9
Opinion: Saying that insulin should be affordable for all means ensuring it is within everyone's financial means. And it shouldn't require them to join a Facebook group or follow Twitter hashtags to get it. https://t.co/9epdfrCaB0
@PhRMA claims drug prices are astronomical for “innovation.”
Innovation for who? We can’t afford 25-year old formulations of a treatment discovered a century ago bc Phrma prices basic insulin at $1000+ PER MONTH.
Innovation is meaningless when no one can afford it.
Also reminder that at the bare minimum there should be a federal price cap on medicines that people need TO SURVIVE!
And really, it should be free. Like bruh, entire life decisions would be made differently if insulin was free/my pancreas worked. #insulin4all
Just your daily reminder that insulin prices are absurd. Called the pharmacy to ask the price of ONE VIAL of insulin.
It’s $316 for a vial insulin that would last me about 12-15 days.
This is pharmaceutical price gouging. There is no free market when it comes to insulin.
@johnny_rob1@Ggggea From a marketing perspective, it’s actually pretty good because it makes you look ... but this is Twitter and no one reads the whole thread 😂
