@DrOkiria@ubctvuganda@IGGUganda Well done Dr. in pointing Uganda towards integrity. You set a good foundation for Uganda 🇺🇬.
May the spirit of integrity shine in all areas.
This morning, I had the honor of preaching on “The Power of a Yielded Heart” at Mary’s Day.
This wasn’t just a message, it was a reminder to myself that sometimes, the greatest strength is in surrender. In trusting. In yielding.
From the emerald canopy of Kibale Forest National Park to the misty promise of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, the journey carried the Egyptian delegation through Queen Elizabeth National Park a corridor where lions and elephants lined the plains as if to say: Uganda welcomes guests, and protects its wild. 🦁🐘 #ExploreUganda #CairoToKampala, #ECD #VisitUganda #NileJourneya
Beyond parks and landmarks, Uganda’s real story is told on its roadsides where flavor meets friendship. The Egyptian delegation’s stopovers sampling local produce and engaging with community vendors reflects the heart of the Tenfold Growth Strategy: promoting tourism, supporting local enterprise, and turning authentic experiences into global opportunity. This is ECD in action turning experiences into partnerships. 🌍🤝 #ExploreUganda #CairoToKampala, #ECD #VisitUganda #NileJourney
On the journey to @MurchisonPark, the Egyptian delegation experienced Uganda beyond destinations through its people, the delegation discovered that Uganda’s hospitality lives in everyday moments. From roadside roasted chicken, beef to fresh plantain(gonja) and pineapples, these authentic encounters reflect the warmth, hospitality, and everyday economy this is Economic & Commercial Diplomacy in action connecting people, culture, and markets beyond boardrooms. #ExploreUganda #CairoToKampala, #ECD #VisitUganda #NileJourney

It is with profound sadness and heartache that I received the news of the passing of Hon. Araali Peter Banura, a young, inspiring, and dedicated leader whom many of us relied on for guidance not only in Kikuube but across the Bunyoro subregion. Araali was a keen mobilizer committed to improving the lives of his people—a remarkable life tragically cut short. My deepest sympathies go out to our elder Maj Gen. Matayo Kyaligonza, the bereaved family, the people of Kikuube and Bunyoro, and all who knew him. May God comfort us all and grant his soul eternal peace.
THE POWER OF A HEALTHY DIASPORA
A healthy diaspora is more than citizens abroad—it is a bridge for development, culture, and global influence. It strengthens economies, promotes trade and tourism, and amplifies a country’s global image while fostering identity and community.
I was privileged to meet Ugandan missioners from All Saints Nakasero at ACK Memorial over the weekend. It was inspiring to meet fellow nationals with strong faith reflects Uganda’s pivotal role at the heart of the East African revival, promoting peace, and hope in the region.
As an alumnus, I delivered a presentation on “Understanding Foreign Missions” to the International College of Peace Studies (ICOPS), Nairobi.
We handled the roles of foreign missions how they advance economic and social interests, not forgetting emerging issues like social media.
True meritocracy rewards competence, integrity, performance, and ethics — not connections. It Aligns influence with capacity and ethics. Ultimately, institutions gain credibility, strategy, trust and merit in its mechanisms.
Gaslighting doesn’t distort truth overnight — it erodes clarity slowly. When narratives are bent, the response must be discipline: recognize patterns, rely on facts, avoid emotional traps, set boundaries, and disengage strategically. Clarity is strength, and protects leadership.
I had the privilege to join Kenya Transporters Association during their celebration of 56 years of service to the region. Amidst the rough and tough.
You have kept going and pushing cargo as you support the drivers. This can only be done through collaborative partnerships.
