@CanonCanada We have successfully returned the original and purchased a unit from another company that we have had success with in the past.

@CanonCanada in the last 6 months we bought a TS3425. Used it just enough to need new ink and now it keeps throwing an error message. Got a Pixma2524 to replace it, tried to set it up today and the warning light won't go away.

@History_Lauren Final comment, I'm in Canada, so funding is very different than locations in the UK and much of Europe.

@History_Lauren Organizations need to continually update and improve themselves, and often start with in-person interpretation, panels, or education programs. While audio-tours and video presentations are some of the last to get this treatment, which sucks since they are often used alone :(
