Since we announced our AI Assistant, several government agencies around the world have contacted us in Klarna asking for help with their AI strategy. I think that's so cool, and we're more than happy to support on this AI transition!

My advice is always: start using AI on the easy use cases NOW, iterate and learn.

So it is fantastic to see this report from @InstituteGC and @marcwarner10 recommending that governments use the example of the private sector and lean into the opportunities of AI.
