@LBC I've had a renewed sense of enthusiasm since I've been WFH. No 2.5 hour daily commute, less chores to do in the evening (no packed lunch/work clothes to be sorted etc), just proper relaxation time, plus saving tonnes of money on rail costs and all those other minor purchases.

@crystalski @BenBurt51915450 We were responsible enough to cancel because we could see this exact situation happening. The way you have dealt with this whole palaver has been woeful and insulting. The fact you are flat out refusing to even consider a refund or a gesture of goodwill is disgraceful.
