We were so lucky to have a demonstration from Ali @AlisonLusis at our June meeting on how to make Pīrāgi and what we could fill them with. It was just a shame we couldn’t eat them!! #pīrāgi#baking

@100pctcocoa @swavesey1 @WhiteCottageBak Looks like Dave has made traditional Pīrāgi - smoked bacon, onion and black pepper, and smoked salmon in cream cheese with dill. And what a great job he’s made of them!
