@easyJet Well can you believe it! @easyJet are not paying out compensation for our cancelled flight from Amsterdam last Sunday as it wasn't their fault, apparently!!!! I'm sure they have insurance or have been compensated by Schipol airport 🛫
@easyJet We are stranded in Amsterdam, ESY261 cancelled just before departure, can’t get through to customer service, no flights available until Tuesday, Help hub useless, no room at our hotel ! This is a disgusting way to treat your customers #notgoodenough
easyJet@ what a disgrace, we are stranded in Amsterdam after our flight was cancelled just as we were about to leave our hotel, no flights available until Tuesday 😡 our hotel was fully booked and couldn’t extend our stay and we struggled to find another hotel.
